MARNIE MARYNISSEN
DIRECTOR
Marnie Marynissen is a Clinical Nurse Consultant (CNC) specialising in wound care and stomal therapy at St Vincent’s Private Hospital Sydney. She began her nursing career as a New Graduate Nurse at St Vincent’s Private in 2014 and transitioned into her CNC role in 2019. Marnie holds a Bachelor of Nursing from the University of Technology Sydney and completed a Graduate Certificate in Stomal Therapy in 2020.
Known for her warm and energetic style, Marnie builds strong relationships with her patients, making them feel at ease even in challenging times. She combines clinical expertise with a compassionate, down-to-earth approach, ensuring patients feel supported and empowered in their care journey. She is passionate about delivering evidence-based interventions, providing clear and empathetic education, and working alongside healthcare teams to achieve the best possible outcomes.
Marnie is an active member of Wounds Australia and the Australian Association of Stomal Therapy Nursing, staying engaged with the latest advancements in wound and stoma care.

LOUISE AUSTINE
DIRECTOR
Louise is a Clinical Nurse Consultant at St Vincent’s Private Hospital, specialising in Wound Care and Stomal Therapy nursing. She studied Nursing at Australian Catholic University and completed the majority of her training at St Vincent’s Private Hospital in Darlinghurst. After finishing the New Graduate Program at SVPH in 2017, Louise furthered her expertise with a Graduate Certificate in Acute Care Nursing and a Graduate Certificate in Stomal Therapy.
Passionate about providing person-centred care, Louise is dedicated to improving patient outcomes by combining clinical excellence with a compassionate approach. She takes the time to truly understand her patients’ needs, ensuring tailored treatments that foster healing and quality of life. Louise’s compassionate approach is at the core of everything she does, always ensuring her patients feel heard, supported, and cared for. Beyond her patient care, Louise is dedicated to continuous learning and professional growth. Her expertise in wound and stoma care, along with her evidence-based approach, allows her to share valuable knowledge with colleagues and healthcare professionals, empowering them to provide the highest standard of care and improve patient outcomes.
